2. Services

2.2 You agree that Virtual Network Services is not responsible to you for any special consequential damages suffered as a result of loss of business, contracts, profits, savings or otherwise. Virtual Network Services is unable to exercise control over materials posted on the Internet and excludes any liability whatsoever for publication by the Customer of material inaccurate, misleading, abusive, threatening or obscene, or material that constitutes a violation in Spain or other applicable laws.

2.3 The customers are responsible for all revenue-breaks received by telephone service provider. We are not responsible for Internet service does not work and can not access your website.

3. Prohibited Content

4. Domains

7. Server Limitations

8. Billing

10. Tolerance 0

11. Backup

11.1 Virtual Network Services will make every reasonable effort to protect and support the customer data on a regular basis, however, Virtual Network Services does not guarantee the existence, accuracy or regularity of its backup services, because beyond our control and therefore, you are solely responsible for backing up files in connection with the use of the Services. For this we offer a service at extra cost single payment, where you can schedule your backups and download them to your PC.
 
 
12. Affiliate Commissions
